Munger Construction will be managing the updates.

The Architect has submitted his report and and has provided the plans for the bathroom upgrades.
The old oil tanks have been replaced. 
The heat pumps  have been installed. They are located at each end of the hall and are doing a great job.
The gas lines into the building along with a gas on demand, water heater will be installed shortly.
The hazerdous material inspection  has been done. This is required by the State before we start renovations. Mystic Air has collected their samples and we are waiting for their report.
We have installed a new 4 station griddle for our breakfast crew. Our Chefs are very pleased to have it.
